Brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath unit was professionally decorated and is beautiful.
Relax and unwind as you enjoy this seventh floor oceanview condo that offers fantastic views of both 
the ocean and the intercoastal.

All 1700+ square feet of this non-smoking unit is brand new and furnished in a Tommy Bahama style.
The spacious living and dining rooms have bamboo floors with comfortable island sytle chairs and a 
sofa so you can watch your 42 inch flat screen TV, perhaps with a DVD.  Or listen to your Ipod or 
some CD's with a new stereo system.

The dining room offers room for 6 to eat comfortably or sit at the granite counter by the kitchen on 
custom made stools employing beach art on each chair.  If you have to cook, this is the kitchen as 
it offers all major appliances and is fully equipped so you can create your culinary delights.

The Master suite offers a welcoming king size bed, a 50 inch TV, a master bath with shower, jaccuzi 
tub, huge walk in closet, dual vanity, and a seperate WC. 

The second bedroom has a scan design queen size bed and furniture. The third bedroom is our beach 
motif room and has two twin beds and a TV.  All have dressers and plenty of closet space with a 
great view of the Intercoastal. 

Finally there is a separate laundry room with brand new washer and dryer to keep those swim suits 
fresh and dry.

The Sanibel itself features secured entrance, garage parking, hospitality room with fitness center, 
bar/kitchen area, big screen TV, and billards table.  Of course there is also the ocean front pool 
and jacuzzi. 


Daytona Beach Shores is rated as a top Beach areas in Florida with many attractions to 
allow the whole family a fun filled vacation. Disney World and Orlando area attractions are less 
then 90 minutes away.
