This resort community boasts 88 acres of lush grounds and staffed by a 24 hour gate guard. This
sophisticated Condo has been newly renovated with all upgraded features and appointed with designer
furniture and the finest of details throughout. The unit is located on the second floor with a large
patio over looking a canal and Little Bayou. The community is unbelievable! Surrounded on all sides
by water, you can literally fish out your back door. This rental includes most any necessity
required for a short or long term stay, including every kitchen item possible (all new too!).
This community is loaded with amenities, including a 2 story Yacht Club within walking distance to
this condo! The Yacht Club offers a restaurant and bar for owners of the community and sits directly
on the Tampa Bay side with beautiful long range views. There is also a 2nd pool at the Yacht Club.
SEE THE AREA BY BOAT!
Bring your boat and put it in at the nearby boat ramp and leave it in your own slip in the back on
your condo. Boat through Tampa Bay, Boca Ciega Bay, and out to the Gulf of Mexico. Take a 10 minute
ride to the St. Pete Pier and dock your boat for a lunch rendezvous. If you don’t have a motor boat,
bring your kayaks and scavenger around the bayous and bays. Check out Bird Island and take some
great photos of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge at sunrise.
Coquina Key is located five minutes from Downtown St. Pete, which has quaint streets and shops,
gorgeous parks, museums, and activities galore (including a farmer's market every Saturday, art
festivals, and concerts). The famous Fort DeSoto Park is an island only 15 minutes away, which hosts
an abundance of recreational activities, including nationally renowned beaches, miles of paved
trails, bike rentals, kayak rentals, concession stands, boat slips, and free entrance fee to tour
the old Fort. Fort DeSoto only costs a .35 cent toll to enter the park or access by your boat for
free! You can also take your boat or a public ferry to Egmont Key close by for some of the best
snorkeling and a larger Fort to discover. St. Pete Beach, as well as many others are scattered along
the Gulf Coast with "beachy" restaurants, great shops, dining, and entertainment. Take a half hour
ride to spend the day at Busch Gardens and much more!
