Nestled down a private road, in the heart of Hemlock woodlands, sits this updated lakefront home on Hadlock lake, a 220 acre private motorboat lake in the Adironacks just south of Lake George. Near all, including Great Escape, Saratoga Springs, & Vermont. Features two bedrooms, one and half baths, large living/dining room with a woodstove on a U-shaped driveway. Recent upgrades include refinishing wood floors, new paint in living room and bedrooms and new moldings. TV's are also larger. There are two canoes and a jon boat for use if you wear life jackets.  New Dock installed in 2009.

Year round home has dock, washer/dryer, 350' of private waterfront, on eastern side of sparkling clear lake with fabulous sunsets. Huge wrap around porch brings nature to you while providing shelter. Garage space for bikes, and gear. Cable, internet access, WIFI, stereo, 5/1 surround sound, and local phone service included.

Swimming, fishing, hiking, roasting marshmallows. Golf, Horseback Riding, Dinner boat Cruises, Six Flags Great Escape, and much more within 15 minutes drive.  

Hemlock House is only rented by the week. (Sat 2pm-Sat 11am)

Payment of 50% upon booking, and 50% 30 days prior to stay. Additional $100 charge for each pet, and $250 damage deposit, refundable at end of stay.
