Direct Sante Fe River riverfront. 1500 sq ft. 2/2 with large open floor plan and river views from
throughout the the entire house. Large porch stretches the entire length of the house with adjacent
5 acre park that includes huge oaks with boat ramp. Deer, turkey and manatees can be seen if luck is
on your side. A fresh water spring is located within the adjacent park area. Beyond this 5 acre park
is the Three Rivers Inn. This is a non smoking home. Smoking allowed on outside porch area.

Fresh, updated home has upscale furniture and TV's in living area and bedrooms with Direct TV and
high speed internet. New appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer also
available. Fireplace surrounded by large "river rock" wall. Very comfortable, spacious home with
everything you would expect for an enjoyable stay. 2 canoes are included.

Swimming, boating, and fishing could be a start. Spring hopping is another option here as there are
springs galore. Numerous parks are nearby such as Ginnie, Poe, Blue, Ichetucknee, Hart, and Manatee
to name a few. Ichetucknee River is five bends downstream and five bends upstream is a bubbling
spring in the middle of the river. Nearby High Springs is known for its antiques. The Suwannee River
is also only minutes away by car or boat. Rails to trails is also a short distance away.
vacation rental rates
$1000 per week
$1100 for weeks that includes holidays and spring break
$200 per night Friday, Saturday and holidays
$130 per night Sunday - Thursday
2 night minimum
1 week minimum for the following holidays and spring break
Spring break March 15 - April 7
Memorial Day
July 4th week
$200 deposit to hold with full payment due three weeks prior to first night. Deposit returned
if no damage to property.
A cleaning fee of $100 applies to each rental regardless of length of rental.
Jan and Feb 2011 monthly rental available at $1500/mo and $500 deposit
9% Sales Tax added to all transactions
