This 1650 sq. ft. Newport Beach family home is perfect for that relaxed, comfortable family vacation.
Villa Paradisio lays in a community surrounded by the wetlands canal and just across Pacific Coast
Highway from the sand. A traffic light and cross walks allow for a quick, safe trip to the sand,
while staying in a wonderful family environment. This is an ideal location for enjoying all that
Newport Beach and Southern California has to offer. This is a home that will have you feeling that
you are at home almost immediately with its natural warmth, uniqueness and character. The home is
beautifully decorated and cared for with continuous gardening and cleaning. Kitchen is fully
equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, double oven and Fisher-Paykel gas cooktop. Toaster &
coffee maker.
There is a barbeque immediately outside to enjoy casual home dinner after a day in the sun.
The downstairs offers a large and open family room, kitchen and dining area with a tropical view to
the enclosed yard. The living room is furnished with a stereo system, TV, DVD, gas fireplace, a
small desk with wireless cable. The dining room table readily seats 8, with patio tables able to
hold 8 to 10 as well. There is a powder room downstairs, which is stocked with penty of beach towels
for your visit
All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a king bed and a bath in the room, along with a private
balcony off the rear. great for a couple to sit quietly and discuss the day.
Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed.
Bedrooms #3 and #4 are both equipped with a twin and bunk beds each.
All beds are made up and linens included. Bring your own personal care items.
The total sleeping accomodation is for 10 people.
The second bath is upstairs
A 2 minute walk can take you to the community recreation center. There you will find an Olympic size
swimming pool, volleyball court in sand, basketball court and tennis courts, additional barbeques.
Hot showers to use after getting out of the pool, and clean restrooms. Don't forget you key as you
walk away from the beach to the end of the street.
