Dining room: Clean, contemporary glass round table with seating for 8. Sideboard with decorative items for entertaining. View of ocean from the table.
Kitchen: Stocked for a cook with luxurious extras. Nice cookware and utensils as well as small appliances. Side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door. New stainless steel microwave and stainless range with convection and flat black glass surface stove. Seating in kitchen for dining as well. Beautiful new flatware, glasses, tropical dinnerware, and bar ware.
Extra mood lighting and dimmers have been added to enhance the relaxing atmosphere.
Beautiful ceiling fans in kitchen, family room and bedrooms.
Utility room inside: Front loading washer and dryer as well as storage. There is room to put everything away, so you can relax and have your vacation retreat look like it did when you first walked in- for your entire stay.
Second bedroom: Two twin beds, one with trundle bed.

Master bedroom: Magnificent king bed with storage drawers underneath and storage towers on the side. Touch spot reading lights. Comfortable reading chair. Ocean view. TV with DVD player. Desk with internet hookup for your laptop. Your own private balcony access.
You will fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Wake up slowly to the sun rising over the ocean, or if you prefer to sleep in, close the curtains to completely blacken the room.
Master bath has all new shower and toilet as well as second separated area with his/her sinks. All tile, clean floors.
Ground floor garage for your car and sandy toys. (Will not accommodate large SUVs easily. There are visitor spots that may be used.) Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and two soft surfboards included for you. Ebb Tide is a gated community.

Ebb Tide is a gated complex with a contemporary design. There are less than 50 units in Ebb Tide. Wouldn't you prefer not to share your beach with the huge masses?
There is no driving allowed on this section of the beach. There are two buildings, each with its own elevator.
All amenities are first class and include a tennis court, workout room with spa and showers, hot tub, sparkling clean heated pool with lounge chairs and tables, and poolside grills.
Enjoy dinner from the grill on the deck while feeling the ocean breeze.
Then walk down the steps directly onto the beach for an evening stroll.

Activities here include sunning, surfing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing. The Atlantic Ocean is on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway is to the West.
There are also nearby golf courses. New Smyrna is known for its small town atmosphere and sugar-white sand beaches.
Dolphins can be spotted along the beach and sea turtles nest along the shore.
The city of New Smyrna offers delightful and unique shopping, dining and galleries . Daytona Beach and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse are a short drive away. Just over and hour's drive is Orlando with Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, and fabulous shopping and dining. Easy day trips also
include Tampa's Busch Gardens, St. Augustine, and the Kennedy Space Center.
