Here it is! We have a two-bedroom condo in the "Villas of
Clearwater Beach". This lovely condo is on the third floor. There is
easy access to the pool or beach. This five-story building is
elevator equipped. A spacious balcony is just off of the Front Room
and Master Bedroom and overlooks beautiful Clearwater Beach. You can
sit and keep an eye on the kids playing on the sandy beach or just
gaze out to the glistening gulf as the surf rolls in. Let the sound
of the waves sooth you to sleep at night.

This is an ideal location! Shops and restaurants are a few blocks to
the south and Caladesi Island Beach Nature Preserve is just a walk
on
the beach to the North. Clearwater Beach has all the fun Florida has
to offer including Disney just an hour and thirty minutes away.

We love the beach and bring our family and friends to vacation six
times a year. This gives us a chance to enjoy our condo and make
sure
everything is well cared for.

The condo is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room.
There is a full Kitchen with all new appliances.
All dishes, utensils, and linens are supplied.
There is a washer/dryer/laundry room within the condo.
Beach chairs and umbrella's are available and kept in the laundry
room.
The decor is done tastefully in a fun aquatic theme.
TV's are in the bedrooms and a TV, VCR, DVD, and a CD player are in
the front room.
High-Speed Internet connection available.
The condo is 35 mins from Tampa Airport and about the same distance
from Clearwater St. Pete Airport.

Hiking, fishing, sailing, swimming, parasailing, jet-skiing,
shelling, volley ball, running on the beach, in fact, any beach
activity you can think of! Or, you can just sit. There are museums
in
Tampa and St. Pete (Salvador Dali Museum). There are aquariums in
Clearwater and St. Pete, as well. But why leave the beach?
