Vacation Rental Description

Our home is a spacious 4 bedroom with a fully enclosed and private 
back yard perfect for sunny San  
Diego days. Our home was extensively remodeled in 2002 and all rooms 
are sunny and look out onto some  
part of our professionally landscaped tropical yard.  Within 2-4 
blocks you can walk to both fine and  
casual restaurants, rent kayak, snorkeling or surfing equipment and 
walk to the beach.  Later enjoy the  
back yard with gas BBQ, fountain, umbrellas and heater, if needed. 
  La Jolla is an upscale community that is a part of San Diego with 
it's own unique ambiance filled  
with outdoor activities, dining, galleries and shopping.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our kitchen has all top appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, 
pots, serving ware. This is our  
home so it is filled with those items one would expect to have in a 
home and not a stripped down  
rental.  Washer/dryer in large Utility room.  Master BR has king, own 
bath and french doors to patio.   
Two BR with full bed, one has own private bath.  One BR has pull out 
couch.  Family rm has 56"  
projection TV with surround sound, DVR, CD/DVD.  It has a fireplace as 
does LR.  Office has 36" LCD TV,  
computer, fax and copier. 
  Weekly gardener and housekeeper is included.

Activities and Attractions

La Jolla is known for its incredible shoreline, perfect weather and 
a small area with lots to do.   
The beach closest to our house is the best in La Jolla for swimming, 
yet also has surfing, scuba  
diving and the start for kayaking.  There is also a playground and 
grassy area for children and  
picnics.  Sailing in Mission Bay (15 min), tennis in the Village (5 
min), pro Tour Torrey Pines Golf  
course (15 min) open to the public. 
  There are art galleries in La Jolla, shopping, and both casual and 
top-rated restaurants.  World- 
class theater is available--the La Jolla Playhouse (5 min) and the Old 
Globe theater (20 min) 
  Near a vibrant downtown in San Diego (20 min) with restaurants, 
nightlife and baseball.  Seaworld  
(10 min), world famous zoo (20 min) and Legoland (30 min).  We are 
also about 30 min to the border of  
Mexico.
