Just 10 minutes to Cornell and Downtown Ithaca, this unique all season
lake house offers a level drive to the door and no steps to reach the
lake. A luxury lake home that is immaculately cared for and offers
city water. This fully furnished, well insulated lakehouse has a
master bedroom and bath on the first foor and a second full bath
attached to a separate room complete with washer and dryer. There are
two large bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. The kitchen is
fully equipped including a dishwasher, wall oven, electric stove,
microwave, bottom freezer refrigerator, and is surrounded with plenty of
cupboard space. An inviting open livingroom and diningroom with
hardwood floors,cathederal ceilings, and a cozy stone fireplace; all
overlook the lake.
Additional ammenities include cedar storage closets, and natural gas
baseboard hot water heat. There is 200' of lake frontage with a sea
wall, two docks, two boat lifts, nice swimming area and uniquely
situtated so that one has spectacular views up and down the lake. This
is a non-smoking house and the rental is suitable for families or
quiet individuals. It is not suitable for loud late-nite parties.

Located in the Finger Lakes Region at the southern tip of the 40 mile
long Cayuga Lake. You'll find that "Ithaca is Gorges" with Taughannock
Falls State Park, Buttermilk Falls State Park, Robert H Treman State
Park, Ithaca Falls and Treman Marina close by. Cornell University,
Ithace College, Ithaca Farmers Market, Herbert F. Johnson Museum of
Art, Science Center, Hangar Theatre, Museum of the Earth, Ithaca
Calendar Clock Museum, and many Fingerlakes Wineries are all a short
distance away. Corning Museum of Glass makes for a nice day trip.

*6 Month Winter Rental -(Dec. 1, 2009 thru May 22, 2010) $1,700 month plus utilities.
*Summer Weekly Rate 2010 - $2100 per week. Available June 2 through June 12. All other summer weeks have been rented. Week commences Saturday 3pm through Saturday 10:30 am.
*Cornell University Graduation 2011 - (4 day minimum: Thurs. May 26, 2011 at 3pm thru Mon. May 30, 2011 at 10:30am). CU Graduation 2010 has been rented. 
Weekly reservations may be made with a signed lease and one-half week's rental payment, plus a $300 security deposit. The remaining half is due prior to the rental week.
