burning fireplace and large flat-screen TV tucked away in custom cabinet. 
-Family Room perfect for casual dining, piano-playing, and TV-watching on 40" Sony Bravia HDTV  
equipped with digital cable and premium-channel pkgs. 
-Dining Room looking onto back garden; seats up to 12 at large table, with additional seating for 4  
at the Granite Bar/Counter whicf opens into the Gourmet Kitchen. 
-Gourmet Kitchen has all top-grade furnishings and appliances--(SubZero, Dacor, Bosch, KitchenAid),  
black granite counters, ample custom cabinetry, all bakeware, cookware, utensils, etc. 
-Spacious Covered Back Patio (can be completely enclosed with the gates) is accessed from Dining  
Room or Kitchen; has XL Gas BBQ and ample seating for relaxing, entertaining, or eating (wicker  
seating area for 6 plus wrought iron dining table which seats 4-6). 
-Pool Area has covered table, 4 chairs, 2 recliner lounges, pool floats and pool toys.   
-Separate Laundry Room off of Kitchen with front-loading Maytag Neptune Washer and Dryer. 
 
 5 TV's with Cable, VCR/DVD players, 2 High Speed Internet Hookups, and WiFi for wireless internet.

Activities and Attractions

In Coronado: Enjoy Beach, Bay, Golf, Park, and typical Coronado pasttimes: sail, swim, surf,  
boogeyboard, rollerblade, tennis, skateboard, bike, or walk in our ideal climate. Stroll down to  
Orange Avenue to enjoy fine restaurants, the Hotel Del Coronado, Sunday Night Concerts in the Park,  
Live Theatre at Lamb's Players, or "play" in our new (2006) Community Center with state-of-the-art  
gym and pool facilities. Take the Ferry across the Bay to Seaport Village or to Petco Park for a  
Padres Game. 
 
In San Diego: Across the San Diego-Coronado Bridge is the world-famous San Diego Zoo (15 min.), 
the museums and exhibitions of Balboa Park (15 min.), Sea World (20 min.), Legoland (40 min.), and  
Wild Animal Park (45 min.) among many other attractions.

January-May----------$ 8,000 month  
June-----------------$12,000 month ($3,500/week) 
July-----------------$18,000 month 
August---------------$14,000 month ($4,000/week) 
    
 **Until confirmed, prices subject to change without notice. 
 
 **Due at Reservation: NON Refundable Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of Total Rent  
                     AND $2,500 Damages/Security Deposit (Refundable per contract) 
 **Due 45 days prior to move-in: Balance of Rent + $200 non-refundable cleaning fee.  
 
PET considered; additional deposit charged.
