famous Chautauqua Institute. The property has over 125 feet of frontage on Chautauqua Lake and
features a spacious lawn, lovely gardens and a private dock. A large front porch facing the lake
allows you to relax in a rocking chair and enjoy the glorious views and sunsets for a truly
memorable experience.

This 3 floor fully furnished, tastefully decorated home is air conditioned and accommodates 10
people. First floor includes a living room with TV, VCR & DVD, a large dining room, charming
enclosed sun porch, fully equipped kitchen and a bath room. Second floor has 3 bedrooms with queen
size beds, a bathroom, and a laundry room. The third floor is fully carpeted and paneled and has
twin bed accommodations for 4 people. Outside, in addition to the front porch, there is a wrought
iron dining table, chairs and a grill. A private 100-foot dock allows room for a boat, jet skis,
fishing, and sun tanning. A large side lawn accommodates out door activities such as badminton,
croquet, Frisbee, etc.

Swimming, boating, water-skiing, and fishing equipment are available for rent at near by marinas.
The house is centrally located on Chautauqua Lake and is 15 minutes from Chautauqua Institute, where
a full season of entertainment, concerts, opera, ballet, theater, and lectures are offered. Bemus
Point, the "Resort Center" of the lake offers many restaurants with entertainment, shopping, and
the "Floating Stage" with free movies and concerts. Midway, a state owned children’s amusement park
with rides and fun activities, is nearby. Jamestown, 5 miles away is the birthplace of Lucille Ball
and home to the Lucy - Desi Museum as well as the Roger Tory Peterson Institute and Robert Jackson
Law Center. Great restaurants are available all around the lake and there are many nature trails
for hiking and exploring. Golf Digest has rated the Chautauqua Area as best in the country for
number of courses, quality, affordability, accessibility, availability and weather.
