Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful mountain retreat is located in a private gated golf community. This community 
features a 18 hole 71 par golf course, swimming pool, workout facility, and tennis courts. This home 
is nothing short of luxurious, and was decorated by a professional interior designer. Sit out on the 
back patio and have a great view of one of the golf course's holes and one of the lakes. If you are 
lucky you might see a few of the local resident Rocky Mountain Elk grazing on the course.

Vacation Rental Rates

Year round rates: $225 per night. 
*Options available for 7th night free with purchase of 6 nights at a rate of $1350. 
Monthly rate of $5000. That is $200/nt for 25 nights and get the remaining nights in the month free!!
Cleaning fee of $100 for length of stay.
$250 security deposit that is 100% refundable.
All that is due up front is half of total amount due (includes security deposit and cleaning fee.)
Cancellation must be made 7 days in advance of check in date. 
If cancellation is less than 7 days then the Security Deposit and Cleaning fee will by forfeited.
