Large living room w/flat screen t.v., surround sound, c.d. player,
fireplace, etc. Formal dining as well as sunny breakfast nook. Great
views from every window, backs to protected Open Space land.

downstairs. Separate exercise studio w/several machines. 3 and a
half balconies in back, beautiful inlaid travertine with italianate
balustrades, inc. large round main balcony for entertaining large
groups and long arched covered loggia off kitchen w/gas barbecue and
outdoor fireplace. 3 more fireplaces in house. Gorgeous jungle pool (not artificially heated, unless by prior arrangement for extra utility fee, not nec. in summer)w/attached hot spa, spa heats to 104 by remote control from house.
Pool has double waterfall and colored light show at night. 2 lawn
areas, rose and perrennial gardens, and 2 gazebos. Lots of pool lounges,
umbrella tables. We welcome you with champagne and chocolate!

Completely equipped Kitchen, laundry room. No maid service, except by arrangement, but all extra linens and towels provided. Robes provided. Fresh flowers. 3 fireplaces inside, one outside. Gas rotisserie grill on kitchen loggia.  Grocery stocking service available, your list + $50, so you won't have to shop.

Front porch w/comfortable furn.   3 1/2 balconies in back.  Private 13' balcony off master w/bistro set.  Fountain on main round 60' balcony.  Upper 30' covered loggia with grill and outdoor fireplace, fantastic views of valley and city lights.  Watch the hawks soar.   All 3 lower bedrooms have private exits to balconies, spa, pool.  3/4 acre lot, with vast garden, rose, and perrennial areas.  Two gazebos for birdwatching and enjoying that evening glass of wine or morning coffee.

Caretakers in separate caretakers cottage nights only. We have separate approach and entrance, and are gone until late nights, out early in morning. We respect your privacy.  Caretakers cottage available for rent, winter only, if you have extra people or need extra space, and it doesn't exceed 3-4 cars total, or 10 people.  Very elegant, 20'x14' space w/queen bed, flat-screen HD TV, refrig. and own bathroom. Very private, good access to pool and spa, gardens. Optional at $150/nt. extra, will only be rented to members of your own group.

Central to hundreds of wineries and tasting rooms, closest one a mile
away. 10 minutes south of charming Healdsburg, 25 minutes west of
Calistoga, 30 minutes from Sonoma, 40 from Napa county. 45 minutes
from beautiful Sonoma County beaches (stop and see the Redwoods on the
way!). Safari West African Wild Animal Park 15 min. away. We are
like the center of the spokes of a wheel, with wineries, beaches,
mountains, lakes, etc., in every direction. Professional golf course
1/2 mile away. World class restaurants in Santa Rosa, Healdsburg,
Sonoma, etc. 45 min. from San Francisco. Russian River or Lake
Sonoma for boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing.

Nov. 1 - May 31: $795/nt. - $4500/wk.

$250 cleaning fee.   9% tax.
Normally 2 nt. minimum on weekends low season, 3-4 nt. min. on weekends
in high season, but ask. Will sometimes take one-nighters, ask.
