from the lake. Located ten minutes north of Lake Geneva, Sugar Creek
Lakehouse is a year-round lakefront home with 70 feet of frontage on
gorgeous Lake Wandawega. Lake Wandawega is 119 acres--a great place for swimming and fishing.
Spend the mornings fishing on the lake. Swim in the afternoon. At
night, enjoy the sunset and fire up the BBQ from your massive
porch. Don't forget to roast marshmallows and make smores at the fire
pit on the lake.
The home has a country style theme with notty pine walls and a true
country kitchen. The house has been largely updated with all the
creature comforts of home. Two large televisions and DVD players,
cozy heating, and comfortable air conditioning are some of the many
pleasures that await you.
The beautifully maintained public sandy beach is near the
Sugar Creek Lakehouse. As a very popular choice for vacationers
looking for time away from the city, the Sugar Creek Lakehouse sooths
the needs of people from all different parts of the world. Because
of the proximity to Lake Geneva, a short drive takes you to shops,
restaurants, marinas, boating, and more fun!
The Sugar Creek Lakehouse has been loved for years. A charming
cottage, the house is located on a long narrow and partially wooded
lot. The house is sunny and bright with Western exposures and has
been remodeled with all the comforts of home. Make it a
family tradition and come back year after year!

shops, Evergreen Golf Course, Lauderdale Lake marinas, Kettle Moraine

-Water/Lake-
Lake Wandawega is 119 acres. Near the public beach, the water is clean, clear and perfect for swimming and fishing. Some of the best Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, and Northern Pike fishing is found in Lake Wandawega.
The drive to the closest marina is a few minutes north to the
Lauderdale Lakes or south 12-15 minutes
to Lake Geneva.
-Golf-
Evergreen Country Club is located 3 minutes south on Route 67. The
club is a 27 hole course and open to the public.
-Kettle Moraine State Forest-
Just two miles from the Sugar Creek lakehouse is the Kettle Morraine
State Park, where you can hike, bike, cross country ski, horseback
ride, or just take a nature walk.
-Fall/Winter Seasons-
The fall colors are amazing, especially around the lake! Come watch
the leaves change colors and enjoy nature walks. In the winter there
is ice-skating, ice fishing, sledding, cross country skiing,
and downhill skiing at Alpine Valley and Grand Geneva Resorts. If
you prefer indoor activities, sit in front of the fireplace and sip
some hot cocoa.

High Season (May 1 thru September 30)
Weekly: $2100, or
Nightly: $345 (minimum 3 nights)
Low Season (October 1 thru April 30)
Weekly: $1600 or
Nightly: $255
*Holiday Rates: $395.00 per night - four night minimum
*Holiday Dates: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas and New Years
*Rates per night are based on parties of 9 or less people. Parties of 10 people ormore are subject to a one-time per person fee. 

$500.00 refundable deposit is due at time of booking.  Assuming no damages, returned within 60 days of completed stay.
50% deposit required at time of booking, balance due 45 days prior to
arrival.
Deposit is refundable if canceled over 60 days in advance.  Cancellation within 60days from the date of stay, are subject to fees.

Rates do not include WI state tax (5.5%) applicable for less than 30
day rental.
Rates do not include a one time $125 cleaning fee.
Must be 26 years old or older to lease.
