Four Star Vacation Rental on the Baja California Sur, just completed in 2007.  Eight story hotel 
tower located high in the mountainside with a furnished balcony terrace with private 6 person 
Jacuzzi overlooking panoramic ocean views. Master Suite European Plan. Over 1300 square feet suite 
with one private bedroom and two bathrooms.  Suite sleeps 6 comfortably. Two double feather beds in 
single bedroom. Marble floors, pastel walls and crown molding, live potted plants, and dark-wood 
furniture. Livingroom area and sofa bed. Separate dining area and four-person table with chairs. 
Satellite TV with pay movies. Direct-dial phone with voice mail. Kitchen with granite 
countertops,coffeemaker, blender, 2-burner stove, microwave, mid-sized refrigerator, pots, 
pans,dishes, and utensils. Two full bathrooms, one with tub. Hair dryer, iron/ironing board, in-room

Restaurants, gift shops, chapel close to all town beaches and downtown area for great restaurants 
and active nightlife. Great fishing and water sports near facility.

Vacation Rental Rates

This is a fixed rate time share. Check in is approximately 4 pm on March 24 and Check out is 10 am 
on March 31 2008.  I am only interested in renting for the full week. No partial week available. I 
am willing to accept $1500 for the entire week.  This room is a Master Suite European Plan and lists 
for $355/night on Expedia.  Highest bidder gets the week.  Price includes the room only and use of 
the facility's ammenities.  Meals and airfares are NOT included.
