    This Second Floor condo is everything you could hope for and at 
a price much less than you expect for a Gulf Front Property.Not 
directly on the beach but on the side with the beach. 

    You will enjoy a "View of the Gulf" But at a price any family 
can afford and { * NO STREET TO CROSS * }. You can be out your 
front door and on the beach in about 2 minutes. It is only 50 steps 
to the Beautiful Gulf Of Mexico & "Emerald Coast Beaches". You will 
be pleased to be able to park right outside your cottage door 
for fast easy access loading and unloading or quick trips to the 
store and shopping. 

  The condo is spacious with over 705 Square Feet of living space 
and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach 
stay.

  ** The facilty has only 19 units and is located in a quiet part of 
Okaloosa Island. Within easy walking distance to some of the best 
Restaurants the Island has to offer. The "Old Bay Steamer" is a great 
place for steamed seafood,Fishing Fleets are just 5 minutes away at 
the Destin Harbor. A walk on the Beach is only a few steps from the 
door of your vacation paradise.
