The condo is spacious with over 705 Square Feet of living space
and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach
stay.

    Deposit is due at time of reservation if more than 3 weeks in Advance. Rents is due and payable 3 weeks prior to your arrival. In the event of emergency or Beaches are closed those days are either refunded or exchanged for another time.

Island (Opened in 2001). It Sleeps 6 people and includes a King Bed
in the Master Bedroom plus a Private Balcony. Seperate bunk room as

** The facilty has only 19 units and is located in a quiet part of
Okaloosa Island. Within easy walking distance to some of the best
Restaurants the Island has to offer. The "Old Bay Steamer" is a great
place for steamed seafood,Fishing Fleets are just 5 minutes away at
the Destin Harbor. A walk on the Beach is only a few steps from the
door of your vacation paradise.
