Overlooking the 5-star Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, this home is a luxurious
private resort you can call your own.  The property is designed for a
peaceful, easy indoor-outdoor living.  The Copper House, named for the
unique copper accents throughout the property, sits on approximately
one acre and overlooks the golf course.  It has stunning mountain and
valley views.  The Main House has 3 upstairs bedrooms, all with en
suite bathrooms and balconies with spectacular views.  The master
suite is nearly 600 square feet and features a picture window soaking
tub.  

The main floor features a large formal two-story foyer that steps down
into the dining room.  The dining room and kitchen separate two living
rooms, each featuring their own wood burning fireplace and French
doors leading to covered outdoor sitting and dining areas.

The modern kitchen is distinguished by its stained concrete
countertops, copper ceiling, built in Miele espresso machine, wine
refrigerator and breakfast bar.  The Main House also features a
soaring two-story solarium and a fourth bathroom downstairs.

The hilltop pool features over 2000 square feet of deck and
entertaining space, panoramic vistas, covered lounge area, built-in
bar, fire pit and a BBQ area.

There is separate 1 bedroom, 1 bath Cottage with a kitchenette and
screened-in porch, and studio with a kitchenette off the pool area.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Main House, 3 bedroom, 4 bath, Sleeps 6-10
$695 per night (Sun-Thur)
$795 per night (Fri-Sat)
$675 per night (5 nights or longer)

Country Cottage, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, Sleeps 2-4
$150 per night (Sun-Thur)
$175 per night (Fri-Sat)
$125 per night (5 nights or longer)

Studio, Sleeps 2
$125 per night (Sun-Thur)
$150 per night (Fri-Sat)
$100 per night (5 nights or longer)

Check in is at 3 pm.

Check out is 11 am.

Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Final Payment:  Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds:  Written notification is required for
cancellation.  If written notification is received more than 30 days
prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a 10%
cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30
days of arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the
property. If the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded.
If the property is re-rented, all payments, minus a $150 cancellation
fee, will be refunded for the period of time the property is re-rented.  

No money is refunded in the event of an early departure.

No Shows will be charged the entire amount of their reservation.

We strictly enforce our cancellation policy and do not offer exceptions.

Damage and theft: All property will be assessed after each guest's
stay; any damage or theft will be immediately charged to the guest.
