Vacation Rental Description

The Beach Club Resort and Spa is the newest property on Pensacola Beach.  This complex has a  
Caribbean flavor and is located on the Gulf of Mexico.  The Beach Club is within walking distance of  
all the shops and spectacular restaurants.  This spacious condominium has floor to ceiling windows  
that offer million dollar views.  You can sit on the private balcony and enjoy the views of the  
emerald waters and sugar white sand that we are famous for.  This is also the perfect location to  
watch the Blue Angels Air Show.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Beach Club has the greatest pool on the Island!  There is also a 12,000 square foot Lifestyle  
Center that features an indoor lap pool, separate aerobics pool,dry sauna,and steam room.  You can  
also enjoy the spectacular views while using the cardio equipment or weights in the fitness club.   
Please save time to indulge yourself in one of the customized body treatments, facial treatments,  
body wraps, or massages in one of the private treatment areas located in the Spa.  This is the  
perfect location to pamper yourself.

Activities and Attractions

It will more than likely be difficult to pull yourself away from our beautiful beaches, but there  
are  
lots of exciting things to do in the area.  While on the beach you can fish, bicycle, boat, kayak,  
swim, snorkle, surf, or possibly charter a boat and go deep sea fishing.  You might want to take a  
drive to the Pensacola Naval Aviation Museum. This is one of our areas most popular attractions and  
there is an IMAX theatre that is fun for the entire family.  There are museums to visit and lots of  
art galleries that feature our local artists.  If there is a golfer in the group, Pensacola has many  
area golf courses.  If your timing is right, you may be lucky enough to visit during a time when we  
are having one of our many festivals.

November 1, 2008 - March 1, 2009             $375/day or $2198/week      3 day minimum 
 
Required upon reserving:  A deposit of 1/2 of the balance is due within 7 days and the remainder is  
due 60 days prior to arrival.  We are proud to offer travel insurance.
