Beautiful fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom golf course villa overlooking the 9th and 18th
fairways of Lake Jovita's Championship South Course. This is a golfer's dream vacation. Step out
the front door and you will be a chip shot to the practice facility. The villa was built in 2002
and is 1714 square feet of living space. The master bedroom contains two queen size beds and
bedrooms two and three each contain a queen size bed.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, family room, separate dining area, kitchen with all
appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, dishes, flatware, etc.). The family room has
a big screen t.v. and all bedrooms have their own t.v.'s connected to cable. The unit has a full
size washer and dryer for your personal use. There is a four-seat golf cart in the garage.
Activities and Attractions
For additional fees the community has two 18-hole championship golf courses, junior olympic size
pool, tennis courts, and fitness room. Tampa's Busch Gardens is about a 25 minute drive and the
Disney resorts in Orlando are about an hour drive. Approximately a 45 minute drive to the gulf
coast beaches.
Vacation Rental Rates
$150 - $180 per night, plus a refundable $250 security deposit.
$800 - $1000 per week, plus a refundable $250 security deposit.
$2200 - $2400 per month, plus a refundable $250 security deposit.
Plus 9% Florida tax for rentals less than six months.
I require half the rental amount to book the unit and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to
your arrival.
