make EverGreen a pleasurable and restful family retreat.  With its expansive back lawn and parking 
for eight autos, EverGreen can also serve as a fine location for a family reunion.  This tastefully 
decorated, large four bedroom home located at Moody Point in Wells, Maine is a delight for the 
sports-minded of any age.  Whether it be tetherball, shuffleboard, badminton, croquet, soccer, toss 
baseball, football, basketball or volleyball that peak your interest, EverGreen is geared for the 
game of your choosing.  A custom designed, sand-filled regulation size volleyball court is on one 
section of the property!
A 200 yard walk to the rocky coastline on Ocean Avenue or Webhannet, a short stroll to Crescent or 
Moody Beach, a bicycle ride to Wells Beach (two adult bicycles provided), EverGreen's location is 
exceptional for a holiday at the shore.  In the mood for viewing the sights or shopping, the trolley 
stop is but a few yards from your front door.
EverGreen's modern kitchen is fully equipped for family dinners and entertaining.  The spacious 
living room, which easily accommodates 9-10 people, with views of the ocean, is the center for 
gatherings in front of the fireplace, playing a game of chess, or viewing the large screen, wall-
mounted HDTV.
The four large bedrooms at EverGreen are set up as follows:

Bedroom 4 - Two Twin Beds
A comfortable full-size sleep sofa is provided for up to two guests.
Breakfast bar for three and dining table for ten overlook the country setting of the expansive back

Located at Moody Point in Wells, Maine, EverGreen is a key location for those seeking a retreat in 
southern Maine.  Fly into Logan Airport and either drive or take the train to Wells.  Choose the 
Pike or the shoreline route to Portland Airport.  Antiquing abounds in Wells and neighboring towns.  
EverGreen is central to live theatre at the Ogunquit Playhouse, seaside drives and strolls along 
Moody Beach to Marginal Way.

EverGreen is a family-oriented home and particularly geared for outdoor activities.  Two adult 
bicycles are provided.  Situated on an acre of land, EverGeen supplies soccer, volleyball and 
badminton nets, basketball hoop and basketball, softballs, footballs and croquet set.
The unique sand-filled volleyball court is one of the many amenities that EverGreen has to offer. 
Breathe the salt air and listen to the ocean waves while enjoying family cookouts with the gas 
grille, picnic table, dining table with umbrella and chairs and reclining lounge chairs.  There is 
ample parking for eight cars.
Enjoy the best of both worlds with ocean views from most rooms, and then dine while overlooking the 
private country setting of the expansive back lawn.

Vacation Rental Rates

Late Spring 2008                  $275 per night - minimum of three-night stay.
May 3, 2008 - May 30, 2008        Weekly or longer booking preferable (discounted rate to be
                                  discussed with owner).
Early Summer 2008                 $2,200 per week.  One week minimum stay.
May 31, 2008 - June 27, 2008      Longer booking at discounted rate.
Summer 2008                       $2,900 per week.  One week minimum stay.
June 28, 2008 - Sept. 5, 2008     Longer booking at discounted rate.
Late Summer/Early Fall 2008       $275 per night - minimum of three-night stay.
Sept. 6, 2008 - Oct. 24, 2008     Weekly or longer booking preferable (discounted rate to be
                                  discussed with owner).
Late Fall 2008 to Spring 2009     $260 per night - minimum of three-night stay.
Oct. 25, 2008 - May 1, 2009       Weekly or longer booking preferable (discounted rate to be
                                  discussed with owner).
