complete vacation rental Home. "Our Only Property Featuring Both a Swimming Pool and A Pool Table".  
As well as our only one featuring a "Complete In-Home Office" The Grand Palace is our "Largest, Most  
Exclusive" Vacation Rental. It can accommodate more guests than any of our other vacation homes at  
28 Guests while still "only 5 minutes from the Strip" and still very moderately priced just like the  
rest of our other Vacation Homes. 
 
With an impressive 4,000 SqFt luxurious open floor plan The Grand Palace is perfectly suited to  
accommodate large parties on a budget comfortably without having to sacrifice amenities nor location. 
The Grand Palace's Main Master Suite can accommodate as many as 5 guests it's 2nd Master  
accommodates another 4 guests. The 3rd, 4th & 5th large size bedrooms(14x14) are set up to sleep 5  
guests each. It's Main Living Room & Family Room can double as a 6th & 7th bedroom each  
accommodating 2 guests.  
 
The Grand Palace leaves no one amenity lacking. It simply has them ALL.

Monday thru Thursday $225 Per Night - Friday thru Sunday $449 per Night 
Holidays Add $100 - Weekly $1,799 - Cleaning Fee $150 (Non-Refundable)  
Pool & Jacuzzi Heating $25 per Night.  
Security Deposit $500 - $600 (Fully-Refundable) 
 
Check-in time is 4:00 PM  
Check-out time is 10:00 AM 
3 night minimum stay. 28 Guest maximum occupancy at NO additional charge. 
50% of booking amount is due at time of reservation. Full amount due 6 months prior to arrival.  
Security deposit is due 1 Week prior to arrival. Amount is based on number of guests and length  
of stay. Security deposit is refunded 48-72 hours post departure.
