The Sand Lake Condo is located nearby I-4;CLOSE

TO Sea World and Universal Studios with a very convenient access 

major theme parks and 1 mile away from the Convention Civic
Center.
The Condo-Villa is located near the entrace of the facility
leaving this one very accessible and having a Lake-front view!
Is a 2 floor vaulted ceiling, beautifull decorated.
It has a Split floor plan; leaving a 2 King beds upstairs with
a balcony and a bathroom with a jetted tub.
Downstairs has a bethroom w/a Queen bed with a private bathroom
Kitchen equiped, microwave,refrigerator, range, cookware and
appliances,& local phone service.
Laundry facility with in reach.
Parking area very convinient,only 4 feet away.
Back patio or terrace were you can view beautifull sunsets.
The condo is facing the lake and can give you a good view of the
Disney World fireworks every nigth!!! Can see them from your
condo!
Cable and VHS/DVD player.
Walking distance to the pool.
Non smoking place. However smoking is permited out-side patio.
Whether you do your cooking or dine out we have a restaurant in
the
primases and others located arround the area.
We are located 20 minutes away from the Airport.
