Casa Las Nubes was recently awarded from Americas Property Awards, a Five Star Best Property in Costa Rica! This casa is a stunning, brand new beautiful luxury villa with a four minute walk to our private beach. The villa is nestled in a Costa Rican jungle hillside with breathtaking views
of the Pacific Ocean in Tulemar Gardens of the Manuel Antonio National Park area. Designed by an
award-winning architect, the sweeping curve design of the villa drinks in the lush jungle
environment and expansive ocean views. As you enter the front door, you are literally "walking on
water" as the pool feature extends through the entire house.  Casa Las Nubes was also featured in a recent issue of Costa Rica's "architectural digest," Su Casa Magazine. This is truly a one-of-a-kind house in Costa Rica!
In a jungle setting, the villa has daily visitors such as white face, squirrel and howler monkeys,
birds, iguanas, sloth, butterflies and other exotic wildlife. An early goal in the design phase of
this house, was to have a strong relationship between the exterior and interior spaces. The
extensive use of huge windows and open air areas with a pool feature in the middle of the house
helped achieve that goal. Planters running the length of the terraces provide tropical flowers and
greenery in the house. A large roof with 10 foot overhangs helps keep the elements of sun and rain
out of the house.
Although Tulemar Gardens is on the municipal utility grid, Casa Las Nubes has many energy
conservation and alternative energy features. A rainwater catchment system with filters and UV
sanitation, solar hot water panel, 4kw backup electric batteries and power inverter. A quick demand
hot water circulation system provides for instant hot water. Six photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof to help provide off grid electric power to the house.
This luxurious 4,500 sq.ft, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home is built on three levels, each having
private ocean view terraces. There are daily maid and gardener services, and guests have ready access to the house manager, Diego, who serves as your personal assistant throughout your stay. He is able to set up tours and activities. A fully equipped gourmet
kitchen with granite counter and island tops and all stainless appliances (gas range)is in the
house, but catering or a private chef is available for extra fees.
Only the protected undeveloped 200 meter Maritime Zone lies between you and the ocean!
The private Tulemar Beach is just a four minute walk (although you may drive or take the shuttle). Tulemar Beach holds the prestigious "blue flag" rating for the beach due to excellent environmental preservation. 
Guests have access to kayaks, boogie boards, and snorkle gear. There is a restaurant and beverage
service at the beach. Weddings can be scheduled for the beach. A wonderful self-guided Botanical
hiking trail system is maintained within this 33 acre gated and secure commumity.

Air conditioning, washer/dryer, linens and robes provided. The master level has a king bed, jacuzzi
tub in a huge bathroom. The guest level has one bdr. with a king bed, the other bdr. has two full
sized beds. Each guest bdr. has own beautiful bathroom. All bdrs. have tv with cable, the office has
a futon and high speed wireless internet is provided. There is a mini bar on the guest level with
sink, coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator. On the kitchen deck, there is a gas BBQ cooking
station with sink and refrigerator. The house is wired for sound in every room, with individual
setting controls. BRING YOUR I-POD and place it in the dock for music throughout the house. Due to
the open design and purpose of the house, NO children under AGE 12 are allowed.
