The house is in Brant Beach about 1 mile South of the causeway.
There is a handicap beach access ramp adjacent to the property. The
house is elevated on pilings with plenty of parking and outside
showers. DSL WiFi High Speed Internet Access. You must be at least
21 years old to rent, No proms or
party animals.

This house has it all. Sleeps 6-8 per floor. Central air
conditioning, DSL WiFi High Speed Internet access,
gas heat, gas fireplaces. Fully equipped kitchens with all the
appliances. Washer and dryer. 3 TV's,  DVD, HD Satellite dish.
Gas barbecue grills on the decks overlooking the ocean. Outside
table and chairs and lounges too. Beach badges included (6 per
floor).

All the water activities that go with living on the beach. Great
biking. jogging, walking, rollerblading. Sailing and windsurfing.
Great fishing. Plenty of great restaurants and shops. Magnificent
sunrises and sunsets.

Rates are from $900. per week in the off season to $3500. per week
for the peak summer weeks.
Weeks are Saturday 2:00PM to following Saturday 11:00AM.
Winter weekends are $500. In Friday at 11:00AM out on Sunday at 6:00PM.
