Vacation Rental Description

Modern 1,700sq.ft. new condo 2 blocks from beach located on the corner of East 11th Ave. & Surf St.  
Unit offers 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, outside shower, 2 car garage, laundry room, large balcony, 
and a beautiful kitchen which opens up to the living room.  Master bedroom has a Queen bed with 
private bath while the 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed.  The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.  Linens 
and bath towles are not provided, please bring your own.  Cathedral cieling houses the living room 
and modern kitchen which includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  Glassware, 
flatware, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils are provided.  Large living room offers a great area to 
hang out after a long day on the beach.

Activities and Attractions

2 blocks from surfing beach, jogging/bike paths and swimming, countless restaurants and nightclubs 
are all walking distance away.  The boardwalk is just 3 short blocks away offering Morey's famous 
amusement piers, minature golf and great roll-a-coasters!  Fireworks fill the sky every Friday night 
which can be seen from the balcony.  Numerous golf courses and scenic Cape May are only a short 
drive away.  Lets not forget about "America's Favorite Playground," Atlantic City!

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates:    Weekly rental term is Saturday to Saturday  (seasonal rental available)
               Check in: 2:00pm     Check out: 10:00am
  
    * Must be 25 or older to rent; NO PETS & NO SMOKING 

May 24 - June 28       $1350.00 (Memorial Day)
June 28 - July 5       $1850.00 (4th of July)
July 5 - July 12       $1750.00
July 12 - August 2     $1650.00
August 2 - August 23   $1750.00
August 23 - Sept. 1    $1850.00 (Labor Day)

Special rates available for shorter stays (if available); Irish; Firemans; Biker weekends and off 
season.  Please call for rates.

Deposits: Security deposit $500.00 (returned within 10 days, provided unit is left in good condition)
          30% of rental fee due at lease signing
          Balance due no less than 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Deposit and rental fee is non-refundable once lease agreement is signed.
