Sunseeker Villa New Luxury Waterfront Pool Home in Port Charlotte

Our Luxury Pool Home is in a quiet area and the rear garden backs on to a
natural waterway. We are near to the Myakka River and only 5 minutes
from fishing and boat facilities. The beautiful beaches of Boco Grande
are a 10-minute drive away and the lively boardwalks of Englewood a
further 5 minutes.


This luxury villa is beautifully furnished throughout and offers you the "wow"factor of a model home. Sleeps 8-10 in comfort. The two main bedrooms have Master en suite facilities that include private spa baths, double walk-in Roman showers, his/hers vanity units and wc. Both the master suites open out onto the pool deck/lanai, as do the patio
doors of the lounge and dinette.
The two twin bedrooms have a shared bath/shower room with vanity unit and wc, this can also be used independently. The living area is open plan and comprises a comfortable lounge and three dining areas, (a formal dining room, a dinette and breakfast bar)

The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave plus other electrical gadgets and full crockery and cutlery.


The Utility room has full washing and drying facilities. The lanai has plenty of furniture for your relaxation and enjoyment. It comprises a dining area, and gas BBQ as well as chairs and sun loungers. The outdoor Solar heated pool (25ftx15ft) and heated spa are caged and has a child’s safety guard.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has fans in each room.
We have everything you will need for a comfortable stay including Wireless Internet and Satellite TV's.

South Gulf Cove is on the Cape Haze Peninsula, East of Rotunda. It
lies on a line South of Port Charlotte and Englewood, North of Boco
Grande.We are a 10-minute drive from some beautiful gulf coast beaches. They are all white sandy beaches that allow for great shell collecting and swimming in clear blue waters.

Dolphin tours are popular in local villages.
Sarasota International airport is 45 minutes drive.
Tampa Airport is 1.5 hours away.
Fort Myers, 45 min 1 hour.
St Petersburg 1.20 hours.

Port Charlotte town centre is just a 10-minute drive away with shops,
banks, cinema, restaurants and other outlets. The nearest supermarket
and petrol station is just 4 miles away. Englewood is 15 minutes away.
Boco Grande is a 5 -10 minute drive. Punta Gorde has a lovely
fisherman's Village from which you can take fishing and dolphin tours,
or enjoy the unusual shops and all American restaurant at the end of
the pier.

The Villa is situated within a nature reserve; yet also in reach of
theme parks, Busch Gardens, Tampa. The everglades are an hour away,
while Disney is 2 hours away. This location offers the perfect balance
for you to please everyone.

There are three adult bicycles for your use, there are cycle tracks
locally and plenty of nature trails to investigate. Wireless Internet is available. All linen and towels are supplied, pool toys are there for the children and the pool is maintained weekly. We have a management company for any queries you may have during your
stay.

The areas boasts 22 fantastic golf courses within a 10 - 20 minute
drive, which include: Longmarsh Golf Club, semi private; Rotunda Golf
and Country Club, semi private; Riverwood Golf and Country Club,
private; Boco Royale Golf and Country Club, private; Bob Cat Trail
Golf Club, semi private; Myakka Pines Golf Club, public. Oyster Creek,
Golf and Country Club, semi private; Heron Creek and many more. There
is a directory for golf clubs in the villa.
The area is popular for fishing and boating as well as Dolphin tours.
The beaches are golden sand and great for shelling and swimming in
clear waters
