fully furnished with king size bed, living and dining room furniture, sleeper couch, all kitchen
appliances, towels and linens, 2 TVs, Cable, DVD, and VCR. The view from the balcony is breath
taking. The balcony is equipped with 2 comfortable lounge chairs where you can enjoy spectacular
sunrises. The front side of the unit provides a relaxing view of the Indian River and intercostal
waterway and beautiful sunsets.

Private beach, heated pool, tennis courts, sauna, shuffle board court, barbeque grills with tables
and chairs, reserved parking, guest parking, covered entryway, beautiful landscaping, private
boardwalk leads directly to the beach, washer/dryer units on the same floor.  Wireless internet in the lobby.
