Facilities of Peoria Sports Complex (Home of the San Diego Padres & Seattle Mariners)and Surprise 
Stadium (Home of the Texas Rangers & Kansas City Royals), then look no further. You are here! 

Welcome to The Quarter at Westgate. A Brand New, Fun, Faced Paced Community in Glendale, AZ. We are 
located in the heart of Westgate City Center. Where there is plenty for everyone and all within 
walking distance, Food, Entertainment, Shopping, Movies, you name it it's here. You can enjoy Jimmy 
Buffets Margaritaville, The Yard House, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Bar Louie, Gardunos Mexican, Shanes 
Rib Shack, Kabukis Japanese, & Johnny Rockets, Entertainment includes- The Shout House (Dueling 
Piano Bar) & AMC 20 Movie Theater, Shopping includes- Cabelas Sporting Goods, The Body Shop, Puma, 
Skechers, Quicksilver, Sweet O's & Just Sports just to name a few. 

Our 1700 sq ft Condo with 2 Car Garage is fully furnished with all brand new furniture that will 
make you feel right at home. 

The Living Room is furnished with a 42 inch flat panel HDTV and surround sound stereo with CD, DVD 
and IPod connections, Cable TV package and a Cozy Gas Fireplace. Wireless Internet available 
throughout the unit.

The Dining Room has a spacious table with 6 chairs for entertaining and the fully loaded gourmet 
kitchen offers the variety to cook any meal you desire. With all stainless steel appliances and 
granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and a very open kitchen stocked with all the amenities 
you will need.

Both master and the second Bedroom have flat panel TV's!! The Master Suite has a huge King Size Bed, 
2 night stands and dresser. The Bath has an over sized Roman Tub as well as a seperate shower. 
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen Size bed, 2 night stands and dresser with it's own bathroom 
right around the corner. Both rooms are furnished with pillow top mattresses, clean linens and large 
walk in closets. Also a full size washer and dryer on this floor.

The den downstairs is perfect for extra visitors with a full size futon/bed, 2 drawer dresser & TV 
w/ DVD & VCR and a Nintendo for the kids or the kid at heart, with 1/2 bath right around the corner. 

Our home is Professionally cleaned prior to arrival, and if you desire cleaning during your stay it 
is available for an additional cleaning fee.

Lets not forget our beautiful pool and hot tub right outside your door. With chairs, lounges and 
cabana beds. Right next to the pool is a club house that has a state of the art fitness center for 
all your work out needs. Also a gourmet kitchen and 4 flat panel TV wall for all your entertaining 
needs. The clubhouse is available to reserve, but there is a security deposit and reservations are 
on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know if you would like to reserve it.

Sep - Mar** $225/night (3 night minimum) - $1450/week
**March** During Spring Training.. $275/night OR $1750 week**
$500-Refundable deposit and $100 Non-refundable cleaning fee reqd
Monthy Rate - $2900.00 anytime//$1000.00 dep required
Signed contract and dep required to hold reservations.
