Beach assures you of a vacation worth taking. The GULF
FRONT AND POOLSIDE Fairview Cottage located in the upscale
and private community of Carillon Beach (West Panama City
Beach area) is exquisitely furnished and comes complete with
everything needed to transplant you to the serene atmosphere of
the beach.
Fairview is a 3 bedroom/3 bath GULF FRONT AND POOLSIDE
home that can accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably.
We offer a king, queen, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa
as bedding. Fairview has a full compliment of audio equipment
for your enjoyment as well as a 27 inch color TV with VCR. The
gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for those who prefer to cook and
dine in. You can enjoy your meals and an unobstructed view of
the Gulf of Mexico from our gulf side deck. Fine linens, writing
paper, videos, puzzles, books and games are all here for you to
enjoy.
We also have a complete set-up for those travelling with infants
and small children including a Graco port-a-crib with all linens
provided, baby gates, high chair, booster seat, infant monitor and
a full range of children's dishes, sippy cups and silverware.
Bicycles and a barbeque grill are also on site for your use as
desired.
Fairview is a great home for two families travelling together!
Come experience our snow white and powder soft beach, 3
pools, 2 tennis courts, children's playground with picnic area and
basketball court, our new downtown shopping district,

The community of Carillon Beach is located in Bay County on
U.S. Highway 98, approximately 7 miles west of the intersections
of Highways 98 and 79. Carillon Beach is approximately 20
miles west of Panama City and 30 miles east of Destin at
Phillips Inlet.

Fairview Cottage amenities include:
GULF FRONT home with location RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the
GULF FRONT POOL complex at Carillon Beach. Lake Carillon is
located on the North side of the house.
(Water on 3 sides of the house!)
PRIVATE dune walkover to the beach- NOT shared with
any other house.
Hot AND cold outside shower.
Fully stocked gourmet kitchen.
Videos, puzzles, books and games, barbeque grill and bicycles
on site.
Complete infant/small child supplies on site including port-a-crib and infant monitor,
gates, etc.
Complimentary Beach Service in season (March 01 to November
01 each year).

Carillon Beach.

Spring Break 3/14- 4/10/09 @ 3,450/week or $575/night.
Spring 4/11- 5/22/09 @ 2,650/week or $445/night.
Summer 5/23- 8/07/09 @ $4,450/week. Weekly bookings only unless last minute and not reserved or cancellation occurs. Please check with me as things happen all the time and I can offer the cottage on a nightly basis if needed at this time!
Early Fall 8/08- 9/07/09 @ $3,450/week or $575/night.
Fall 9/08- 10/30/09 @ $2,450/week or $425/night.
Late Fall 10/31- 11/20/09 @ $1,850/week or $325/night.
Thanksgiving Week 11/21- 11/27/09 @ $2,450/week or $425/night.
Winter 11/28- 12/18/09 @ $1,850/week or $325/night.
Christmas/New Year's 12/19- 1/01/10 @ $2,450/week or $425/night.
Please add 11.00% tax to all rates as quoted above.
Housekeeping fee of $150.00 applies to all stays of less than
four (4) nights and if occupancy of eight (8) is exceeded.

Fairview Cottage is a non smoking cottage and we ask that you please keep your pets at
home.
