If you are looking for a weekend retreat or a vacation on the lake, look no further. Our lake
houses, located on the shore of beautiful Flathead Lake, have everything you need for that perfect
vacation. This is a single family home directly on the shore of Flathead Lake. Lawn directly down to
the dock.
Master bedroom has queen bed and full sized bathroom, 2nd bdrm has 2 bunk beds, 3rd bdrm has full
sized bed. Lvg room couch folds out to full size. Pantry has washer and dryer and enclosed toilet.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Fully furnished with linens and dishes. Just bring your food, clothes and swim suit! Washer/dryer,
coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, Satelite TV, garage, deck with gas BBQ, fire pit by the water.

Boat rentals close by (or bring your boat), dining, shopping, hiking, Glacier National Park close.
Spectacular boating, water skiing, jet skiing, and fishing on miles and miles of uncrowded open
water makes this home an ideal vacation spot for the whole family. Offers outstanding lake views and
can enjoy both spectacular sunrises and sunsets from our location. Just up the road is a public (but
secret) campground with water.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates are $1470 - $2400/wk $210/night minimum 3 nights
$1000 refundable deposit (see below)
$100 refundable pet deposit
$75 nonrefundable cleaning deposit
Cancellation: before 45 days of arrival deposit will be refunded minus $200 fee.
between 44 and 30 days of arrival 50% of deposit will be refunded.
less than 30 days of arrival 25% of deposit will be refunded.
100% of the cleaning and pet deposit.
