Two bedroom, 1 bath year round cottage (Non-smoking). Offers
spectacular views of Upper Silver Lake. Recently remodeled in a nautical
theme, this cottage includes a new fully equipped kitchen,newly
remodeled bathroom, living room with
a cozy gas log fireplace, private beach great swimming area for children.
There is a dock for your boat.

Weekly rental (Saturday PM to Saturday AM) is $900
All pets must be approved at time of reservation. Pets will be
approved on a case by case basis. There will be a charge of $100 per
pet.
Last minute daily rentals may be available for $250 per night. (Does
not include $50 cleaning fee)
Check-in: Saturday 4pm
Check-out: Saturday 10am

A $50 refundable security deposit and a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit
will be required at time of reservation. Both deposits will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival. The security deposit will be
refunded after favorable inspection of the premises.
Reservations are on a first come first save basis.
Linens and towels are not provided. You will need linens for
a king, queen (futon), double, and two twin beds. Blankets/comforters provided for king, double and one twin bed.  Seven pillows provided.
