Nightly rentals require a three night minimum.

After receiving reservation, a lease will be sent to you either by
mail or email. Payment is as
follows:
Half payment upon signing and returning lease.
Balance due 8 weeks prior to occupancy. (If rental period is within 8
weeks of lease signing, then
full payment is required upon return of lease.)
A $300.00 dollar security deposit is required and due with balance of
payment, and is refunded after
the property is left in a clean and orderly condition with no damage.
Cancellation policy:
If the unit is not re-rented for cancellation period, no money will
be returned. If re-rented, your
payments minus 10% will be refunded.
