this landmark building is ready to re-emerge reborn for you to enjoy as your summer and off-season 
sea shore retreat.  Located in the heart of historic Cape May, on Beach Ave. between Jefferson and 
Queen Street, this centrally located property allows you to experience it all in the center of it 
all.  Leave your car parked in our off-street parking, and walk just steps to the beach, fine 
dining, shopping, or a night on the town.  In the morning, watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean 
from your own private deck, or walk across the street and stroll along Cape May's promenade.  We 
invite you to come experience the brand new Sea Mist, relax, enjoy, and take part in the 
continuation of her long standing history.

Vacation Rental Rates

July 1600 per week
August 1800 per week
September 1450 per week/210 per night
October 1000 per week/150 per night
Nov -April 850 per week/150 per night

Nightly rentals require a three night minimum.

Unit rents Saturday to Saturday

check in 2pm
check out 10 am

After receiving reservation, a lease will be sent to you either by mail or email.  Payment is as 
follows:

Half payment upon signing and returning lease.

Balance due 8 weeks prior to occupancy. (If rental period is within 8 weeks of lease signing, then 
full payment is required upon return of lease.)

A $300.00 dollar security deposit is required and due with balance of payment, and is refunded after 
the property is left in a clean and orderly condition with no damage.

Cancellation policy:

If the unit is not re-rented for cancellation period, no money will be returned.  If re-rented, your 
payments minus 10% will be refunded.
