2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo.  This great 2nd floor unit (no elevator) has
beautiful tropical views across 
the lushy landscaped common area to the ocean beyond. 
Comfortable furnishings and a long list of amenities will make your
stay here the ultimate in 
relaxation and fun.
Full electric kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.  
In unit washer/dryer, plasma color TV's (2), DVD player, ceiling fans
and voice mail.
Table and chairs on the lanai make a perfect place to relax and watch
the sunset.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are many amenities on the property for your enjoyment.
Pool, hot-tub, putting green, saunas and tennis courts.
Cabana with fridge, stove, sinks and gas grills.

Activities and Attractions

There are unlimited activities available here in Kihei, so please feel
free to speak with our 
activity coordinator at the poolside cabana.
Some of the many activities are:
Golfing, Hiking, Bicycle Riding, and Horseback Riding.
Swimming, Surfing, Snorkeling, Fishing, and Ocean Sports.
Cruises, Whale Watching, Airplanes and Helicopters.
 

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season (April 16th to December 19th) $199.00 per night.
High Season (December 20th to April 15th) $219.00 per night.

Deposit required: Low Season $150.00, High Season $300.00

All prices are plus Hawaii State & Hotel Taxes.  Final payment of
balance is due at Check-In.
Minimum Stay: 4 nights. Holiday Season (Dec 20th - Jan 5th) 7 night
minimum.

There is a $25 cancellation fee.  If you are conceling less than 2
weeks prior to arrival, you 
forfeit the deposit.  Christmas Holiday Reservations must be canceled
by Dec. 1st.

A/C is optional at $20.00 per night.  Ceiling fans, thick concrete
structures and trade breezes 
provide ample ventilation and cooling.  (68-70 degrees for low temps,
and 80-83 for high temps).

In room wireless access - small fee applies.
