Deposit required: Low Season $150.00, High Season $300.00

All prices are plus Hawaii State & Hotel Taxes. Final payment of
balance is due at Check-In.
Minimum Stay: 4 nights. Holiday Season (Dec 20th - Jan 5th) 7 night
minimum.

There is a $25 cancellation fee. If you are conceling less than 2
weeks prior to arrival, you
forfeit the deposit. Christmas Holiday Reservations must be canceled
by Dec. 1st.

A/C is optional at $20.00 per night. Ceiling fans, thick concrete
structures and trade breezes
provide ample ventilation and cooling. (68-70 degrees for low temps,
and 80-83 for high temps).

In room wireless access - small fee applies.
