microwave, washer dryer and
refrigerator.

This property is located centrally between cook and washington on
Countryclub, close to the Palm Desert Marriott and El Paseo. Palm Desert is wonderful for relaxing in the sun, hiking in the nearby mountains, having great dinners, or enjoying the jacuzzi.

Rates are $4000-$7000 per month, depending on season, and term of
lease. 

$150 cleaning fee.

$1000 deposit to hold the date (refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to check in date).  Then deposit is held as damage deposit until property is inspected.
