from the inside. Located on a Water Park Paradise Beach Resort,
Known as Aquatika.
Aquatika has 6 diffirent pools, Tennis Court, mini golf,
Basketball, Clubhouse with two 42 inch plasma TV, fully equipped GYM, Jacuzzi, 2 different safe play
grounds for kids, easy access to the sand beach, BBQ facility close to the apartment.
It has 3 bedrooms/2 baths and 4 beds. Great for family vacation. Fully equipped and furnished.
Two assigned parking spaces, 24 hours security, private access control.
Aquatika is close to the the Airport (15 minutes), El Yunque Rain Forest (20 minures minutes), Belz
Outlet Mall(10 minutes), San Juan Old Town (25 minutes), Condado(25 minutes) and Westin Rio Mar golf
course(20 minutes)

Excellent Accomadations

We traveled to Puerto Rico on a regular basis and always stayed at hotels, this was the first time we decided to stay at a condo rental. We were traveling with our kids and we had a doctor appointment. This trip started out on the wrong leg, we were traveling by private boat to PR, our boat ended up with a mechanical problem that we had to wait on to fix, so our departure was late. I contacted Evelyn and she was very understanding and said "just call me when you leave St. Thomas with an estimated time of arrival." Finally on our way to PR, we arrived on schedule -we had a few set back at the marina. When we finally made it to get the keys for the condo it was late but Evelyn was right there to greet us with a smile. The condo was more than we expected, we were able to call her with any questions, even assistance with directions to the hospitals. My family and I enjoyed her warm, sweet personality and of course the condo. The kids enjoyed the several pools in this gated community with 24hour security. And the beach is right there, you can actually hear the waves!!!! We wanted to stay here again on our Thanksgiving trip but she was already booked... so you see this is a wonderful place for every age to enjoy!!! Thanks Evelyn for your hospitality!

This property was exactly as described. Clean well maintained condo. Excellent customer service. The grounds pools and ocean exceptional. A short drive to airport car rental and of coarse Old San Juan. Really enjoyed the Yuenke Rain Forest.This is a great vacation spot at a reasonable cost. I would return and rebook at a future date.
