The property has 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms all ensuite and 2 half baths, one on each floor. Two kitchens, two laundries and two sitting rooms, 2 jacuzzi bath tubs. Direct tv. It is a hideaway in the trees. I like to think of it as my tree house. So quiet and tranquil yet close to Highlands, Dillard Ga and less than 2 Miles away from Sky Valley Ski Resort. There is lots of space to sit outside and enjoy natures beauty or relax on the huge decks and balcony. There is plenty of room to entertain or simply curl up with a book or even paint.

If it's a cloudy day your head will truely be in the clouds.

Payment accepted via check, credit card (3% surcharge on all credit card transactions), money order, or cashier’s check.

You must be 30 years of age to rent this property. Age is verified by requiring that a copy of leasee’s driver’s license to be sent with the rental contract and deposit.


CANCELLATION. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING
AND RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. In such event Owner will refund the
sums you have paid, less a $500.00 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS
THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid excluding any security
deposit monies.
