If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all or have a reunion with family and friends  
then this is the house for you. With lots of space to relax with family and friends or keep it all  
to yourself for a wonderful get away with or without your nearest and dearest. Easy access to  
Atlanta yet in the heart of the most beautiful Apalacian foothills, many waterfalls nearby and  
numerous golf courses, great places to eat out and many shopping experiences only a short drive  
away.  
 
The property has 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms all ensuite and 2 half baths, one on each floor. Two  
kitchens, two laundries and two sitting rooms, 2 jacuzzi bath tubs. Direct tv. It is a hideaway in  
the trees. I like to think of it as my tree house. So quiet and tranquil yet close to Highlands,  
Dillard Ga and less than 2 Miles away from Sky Valley Ski Resort. There is lots of space to sit  
outside and enjoy natures beauty or relax on the huge decks and balcony. There is plenty of room to  
entertain or simply curl up with a book or even paint. I have the easals if you supply the paint and  
canvass.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two fully equiped kitchens. The main kitchen has two sub zero fridges.  
Master bedroom has a his and her bathrooms and a double jacuzzi bathtub.

1 double aero inflatable  
and both sofas sleep very comfortably, one has a queen fold out bed. 
 
All linen and towels are included

The house can be separated in two self contained units if required.  
Entry level has 1 King bedroom with double ensuite bathroom and huge walk through closet. One full  
bedroom, one very large sitting room, dinning room, laundry, a huge balcony and seperate deck to  
the side of the house. 
The lower level has 3 bedrooms: 2 kings and one full, all ensuite, another kitchen and a second  
sitting room a half bath and another laundry. 
 
Ideal for children and adults who want separate facilities or two families who would like some  
privacy.

Activities and Attractions

Escape from the city to the cool mountains of North Carolina 
Great hikes only walking distance from the house and many nearby water falls. 
Sky Valley Golf,  Tennis, Skiing only 5 minutes away 
rafting, Camping, Churches, Horseback Riding, Snow Skiing, Snow Tubing and trout farm fishing are  
all near by or just stay home and watch the humming birds.  
 
Visit Highlands only 8 miles away and Cashiers for some of this area local delights. 
It is easy driving distance to Harrah's casino in North Carolina. Everyday can be new adventure. 
From the house you can hike to the top of Bald Mountain and experience the breath taking views from  
the top of the 20ft fire look out and see for a 100 miles for 360 degrees on a clear day. If it's a  
cloudy day your head will truely be in the clouds. 
 
Book early for October and be one of the lucky families to observe the changing of the leaves and  
witness one of mother natures wonders as she transforms herself from lush greens to every color of  
the rainbow before settling down for her winter soltice.  This is not something you would want to  
miss.

Payment accepted via check, credit card (3% surcharge), money order, or cashier’s check. You must be  
30 years of age to rent this property. Age is verified by requiring that a copy of leasee’s driver’s  
license to be sent with the rental contract and deposit. 
 
 
CANCELLATION. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING  
AND RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. In such event Owner will refund the  
sums you have paid, less a $500.00 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS  
THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid excluding any security  
deposit monies.   
 
Balance due two weeks prior to arrival.

There will be a $200 cleaning fee regardless of the lenght of stay 
$1250 deposit refundable if there is no damage to the house, it's contents and the no smoking, no  
pets rule has not been violated.
