Vacation Rental Description

Located in close proximity to Riverview Lodge, Rolling River, and The
Rivers Edge, Fallen Timber Lodge is a beautifully appointed lodge
which enjoys a 230 degree panoramic view of the Toccoa River and
surrounding mountains.  As you sit on the covered porches off the
dining room or master bedroom, you can hear the rushing waters of the
Tocooa River, view the Cherokee Indian Fish Trap, and watch the Blue
Ridge Scenic Train go by at less then10 mph.  There is a path taking
you down to the River’s edge where you can enjoy fishing, tubing,
kayaking, or canoeing right outside your cabin.  Fallen Timber Lodge
is located less than 10 miles from downtown Blue Ridge, McCaysville,
GA/Copperhill, TN as well as the Ocoee Olympic Whitewater Center. 

Fallen Timber Lodge is a 5 bedroom/5.5 bath lodge situated on a ridge
offering a panoramic view of the Toccoa River and mountains.  This
luxuriously spacious lodge will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. 
Fallen Timber features a massive 2-story prow taking in the
breathtaking views of the Toccoa River.  With 3 floors of living
space, Fallen Timber Lodge offers the perfect place for your family
gathering, corporate retreat, or even a cozy romantic weekend getaway
celebrating an anniversary or just being together in an awe-inspiring
environment.  The main level offers the large gourmet kitchen complete
with stainless steel appliances, granite, eating island, large dining
table, and extended space on the covered porch offering more dining
space, and a gas grill.  Flowing from the kitchen/dining area features
the magnificent living area with the spectacular 2-story prow.  Off
the living room is the King master bedroom/bath with jetted tub. 
There is also a covered porch off this bedroom.  The upstairs level
features a living area in the loft with a flat panel LCD 42 inch HDTV,
DVD/CD.  Two large Queen bedroom suites, each with their own full
bathroom are on either end of this loft.  In each of these bedrooms
there is a built-in Twin mattress in the window – a cozy place for an
extra guest, or a great place to read a book and take in the beautiful
River views.  On the basement level you will find two Queen bedroom
suites each with full bathrooms.  There is a large living area which
features the billiards table, plasma TV, laundry room and large
covered porches featuring the rushing waters of the Toccoa River.

    Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 nights.

    Winter Special - Mid-Week Monday -Thursdays, January to March 2008
$225.00 per night

    Winter Rates $265.00 weekend rate per night (January, February, up
to March 15th, 2008

     

    Spring Break mid week rate per night (March 15th - Apr 27, 2008):
3-night minimum at $245.00 per night

    Spring Break weekend rate per night (March 15th - Apr 27, 2008):
2-night minimum at $275.00 per night

     

    Spring Rates $200.00 mid week rate per night (April 28th - May 27,
2008)

    Spring Rates $250.00 weekend rate per night (April 28th - May 27,
2008)

     

    Seasonal: $285.00 per night: (May 28th through December 21, except
October)

     
    Leaf season (October): 4-night minimum @ $275.00 per night

    Holiday Rates are 425.00 per night with a 4-night minimum:
    Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day , July
4th & Labor Day)

    Above rates are for up to four people. Add $20 per night for each
person above four guests. 

A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests:  $125 - $175
