Oceanfront low-country style home on beautiful beach in Ponte Vedra Beach

Ahhhhhh, this is the life. Featured in the award winning “Water’s Edge” magazine this 3 bedroom, 2
½ bath low-country style, oceanfront house has it all, including the perfect wrap around porch.
Start your day by sitting in a rocking chair watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Spend
the day swimming, fishing, or walking the beach looking for shells. End your day by
watching the sunset over Guana State Park. Whether you’re in town for the Tournament Players
Championship, seeing the sights in St. Augustine and North Florida or just want to spend some time
at the beach, this house is conveniently located between prestigious Ponte Vedra Beach and historic
St. Augustine. The beach seems almost private as the area has very few year-round residents and the
nearest public access is over 1/2 mile away. The house is perfect for a family to rent or for 2
couples to split the expenses.
The house has two stories, the first floor having an open floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen is
galley style with a large island. It is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker,
dishwasher, microwave, and gas range. No one likes to be away from “the action” while in the
kitchen during vacation. Not a problem in this kitchen, it is open to a sitting and eating area
with great views of the beach. This eating area is perfect for having meals or counting the
different types of shells found on the beach. The living room has a gas fireplace and is open to
the dining area. The dining table seats 6 easily. The living room and kitchen area both have cable
TV. There is a DVD/VCR player in the living room. A mirrored half bath is located between the 2
areas of the first floor under the stairs. For you Florida Gator fans, the gorgeous maple floors
throughout the house are from the old O’Connell Center basketball court.
Upstairs is the master suite. A king, canopied bed looks out through a large palladium window. A
sitting area also affords a wonderful view of the ocean. The marbled master bath has a Jacuzzi
whirlpool tub, separate shower with rain bars and a large walk-in closet. The Jacuzzi tub is a
romantic place to watch the sunset from inside the house. The second bedroom, with a queen bed,
also overlooks the ocean. The third bedroom, with twin beds, a baby crib, and pullout love seat, has
a clear view of Guana State Park. The second full bath is upstairs. It has one of the best views
from the house. The windows allow an unobstructed view of the beach both north and south of the
house. The bath also has an antique claw foot tub. The laundry room is located upstairs. It is
equipped with a washer and dryer. All bedrooms have cable TV. Wireless internet access is available
throughout the house and a computer is available in the master suite.
In addition to the wrap around porch, the house has a sun deck on the ocean side, complete with a
cushioned lounge chair. An outdoor shower is suitably located on the sun deck for rinsing off. Beach
chairs are available for your use on the beach, as well umbrellas to shade you from the sun. A gas
grill is also available for a delicious cookout.
The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. It is centrally air conditioned and completely
equipped with linens, games, puzzles, film library, and books. All rooms have ceiling
fans and phones. Rocking chairs and an outside dining table are located on the porch.

Daily Rates available Jan 1 - Apr 27 and Aug 31 - April 30th
Note: Rates increase for holidays (such as Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, etc) and special events (TPC week, ACC Championship, Florida-Georgia Game, etc).
All rentals require a $500 security/damage deposit by credit card. This
deposit is held by a Florida licensed property management firm and is
refundable after final inspection and cleaning. All rentals from May
through August are Saturday to Saturday.
