Casa Melissa sits on a point overlooking the Pacific. With incredible 180 degree views of the coast, you'll see whales and dolphins pass below during the day as you enjoy a drink on the terrace. And in the evening the sunsets are breathtaking.

This unique villa has a heated infinity swimming pool and a its own private lighted tennis court. Everything you need for just relaxing or staying active.

The house includes a whole house water purification system, full kitchen, washer, dryer, Eniglisht speaking maid and a restaurant
trained cook to prepare dinners Monday - Friday.

All four bedrooms have ocean views and remote controlled air
conditioning. In fact all rooms, except one bathroom, have ocean
views and ceiling fans.

There is everything you could want in the small village of San Pancho (called that by the locals). Massage is available (at the house if you want), yoga classes, turtle rescue nursery, hiking out our driveway into the palm jungle or down the mile long sandy beach, surfing, snorkeling, kayaking and horseback riding are all available.
