Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants, these reasonably priced, two bedroom, two bathroom  
villas  
are available for rental throughout the year. 
 
Take a dip in the sparkling 30 ft heated swimming pool, then return to your air-conditioned villa  
for  
a siesta. 
 
Tastefully furnished, with tiled floors throughout, each individual villa houses a fully equipped  
kitchen, laundry facility, 2 separate private bedroom/bathroom suites, a main living room with TV  
and  
DVD player plus your own screened lanai with dining area.

30ft heated saltwater pool. 
 
Living Room:- 
Television and DVD player. 
 
Kitchen & Laundry:- 
Fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator/freezer & chilled water/ice dispenser, dishwasher,

Bedroom 1:- 
Queen-sized bed with separate private bathroom suite. Linens included. 
 
Bedroom 2:- 
Twin beds with separate private bathroom suites.

All bedroom/bathroom suites include linens, are identical in size, and are completely private from  
one another.

Dec        $500 per week, $1500 per month***HOLIDAY SPECIAL****** 
May - Nov  $450 per week, $1100 per month 
 
$100 cleaning fee added  (Waived with 3 month rental) 
Required taxes of 12% will be added.
