family a lifetime of wonderful memories. Parking right outside the door makes access to this 
beautiful town home convenient for unpacking and shopping.
Also in Kingston Plantation is a 50,000 square foot, multi-million-dollar Sport & Health Club, 
“Splash” pool complex and a kids water park(additional fee required for kids water park and the Sport 
& Health Club) that features several levels of slides, jets and a giant water bucket. Ocean and 
Poolside Café and bar with daily entertainment.. Daily Children's Activities. Full Day Spa and Hair 
Salon on site. Gated entrance with 24-hour security.
No Smoking, No Pets, Minimum age to rent 25, Kid Friendly.
