Reunion House at Lakespell*5+BR/4BA Home-120'Private Beach in Keuka Lake

This newly renovated four-season home is known as The Reunion House. It is the perfect gathering spot for large groups and is located on the East side of Keuka Lake.
The first floor has a recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and a large center island. The kitchen is open to a large living room with comfortable seating, a 37 inch LCD TV, DVD player and lots of windows with magnificent views of the "Bluff". There is a large porch/deck located off of the kitchen with several picnic tables, chairs, a gas grill and a charcoal grill to enjoy outside dining.
Also located on the first floor are 2 full bathrooms, a laundry area with washer and dryer, and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a round double bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds a great view of the lake.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are large.  One has a king-sized bed and one has a queen-sized bed.
These bedrooms both have large picture windows with views of the lake and also have access to a large upper level deck with a picnic table and chairs. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed.  Also on the upper level are two full bathrooms, a den with a set of bunk beds  and TV/DVD player;
and another large living room with comfortable furnishings including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a double futon,  a ceiling fan, a 37 inch LCD TV, DVD
player and lots of windows with a great views of the lake.

The 120 feet of private beach is located across a service road and down a set of gradual steps.
There is a charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic table, chairs and a lakeside shed with a microwave and small refrigerator for your enjoyment. There are three pier-like docks off of the seawall.  There is adequate docking room for at least two watercrafts.  Located offshore is a swim platform  for your added pleasure. There is plenty of wade-in natural beach for your swimming pleasure.
2 kayaks, a canoe and a rowboat are available for your usage.
No smoking allowed. No pets.

4% Yates County Lodging tax on the rental fee. Housecleaning fee $125-$175 depending on length of stay. Proerty Damage Insurance fee $49-$59 depending on length of stay.
For larger groups, the two adjacent homes are also available for rent by my neighbors.
