Cottage
on the coast of Maine would be a great family vacation. This four
bedroom 1890 wooden cottage has the charm of New England and the
comforts of home. The cottage is located on Hurricane Ridge on Potts
Point in South Harpswell Maine. This area was a popular vacation
spot
for travelers in the early 1900s and the orginial Gingerbeard on the
wrap around porch makes a stay at Gull's Rest Cottage a vacation
experience. The cottage overlooks Casco Bay and has a wonderful deck
that one can watch the lobstermen harvest their daily catch.

Gull's Rest Cottage has the following :
4 Bedrooms: One Queen, One Double, One Twin, and room with two
single
beds(great for the kids) Each bedroom has an ocean view with window.
Renters are requested to bring their own linens and towels but set of
sheets and towels are provided at a
nominal charge.
Gas stove/oven ( Fully Stocked Kitchen)
TV with VCR/DVD large collection of tapes
Bathroom with tub, toliet and sink
Main Floor has Large Living Room, Diniing Room, Bathroom, Kitchen
w/Deck access
Reserved Parking Space For One Car ( Additional Parking available in
walking distance)
New well and new hot water heater
The cottage does not have air conditioning since the ocean breezes
keep the cottage cool even during the summer days of Maine. This is
a
summer cottage that does not have central heat- space heater are
provided to take the chill off on cool mornings. The cottage is a
charming vacation spot to get away from it all and relax. Shopping
is
available in Brunswick (including Walmart). Freeport and Boothbay
are
a short drive away.
Please Be Aware of the Gull's Rest Rules:

1. No Pets Are Allowed Inside GULL�S REST .

2. Parking at GULL�S REST is limited to single paved parking space
adjacent to the cottage. Additional vechiles need to be parked along
Route 123 near the floating Town Dock

3. No Smoking Inside GULL�S REST Cottage. Smoking is permitted on
deck and porch.

4. GULL�S REST is located on the rural Maine rocky coast. All
visitors be will cautioned regarding in keeping safe distance from
cliff edge and requested to not have children play near the cliff.

5. South Harpswell Cottages were built very close together so
residents are requested to control late night noise and respect the
yard boundaries of the adjacent neighbors.

Renter's will be issued keys and detailed instructions after payment
is remitted .
