spend your winter; and very close to all Central Florida activities.

You have never seen a location like this! When you pull up to the
2/2 sunny Yellow Lake House, you will feel like you have found your
second home! Located in a relaxed quiet area, the house is just
minutes away from Stetson University, the beaches, races, restaurants,
golf and shopping.
The Yellow Lake House is connected to a chain of large lakes. Great for
skiing and wakeboarding. Walk out the back door to fish for Bass or
swing off the ropes, into the 54 acre Little Lake Talmadge, for a swim!
Two houses away is the 25 foot channel that connects your lake to
Big Lake Talmadge of 121 acres. Huge dock with 2 electric boat lifts.
Canoe provided, bring your own boat or rent one! Room for several jet skis.
Big Lake Talmadge is set-up with a slalom ski course and jet ski buoys course!
Floats and water toys provided.
Tranquil, quiet area; yet, minutes to town with all conveniences and
stores. 30 minutes to Daytona Beaches, 45 minutes to Orlando and
Disney. Picturesque historic town. Home of Stetson University. Lots
of cultural events in area. Several antiques stores.
Spacious screened porch with nice patio furniture and chaise lounge
overlooks lake.
Well furnished 1350 sq ft under air and extra extra clean, quality
linens, queen master bed with private bath. Second bedroom has trundle
with 2 twins. All mattresses are new and top quality.
Couch sleeps one, futon in computer area sleeps 2.
Comfortable kitchen is well stocked with equipment, side-by-side
frig, flat-top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher and a
fantastic view of the lake. Everything you could possibly want!
Separate computer/sitting/reading area with high-speed internet
access. Furnished with a futon couch that converts to a double bed!
Each guest stay includes your own customized 'Welcome Basket' full of
treats, snacks and coffee/tea selection. Many local items. You'll find the
refrigerator stocked with a few 'essentials' for your first breakfast!
