boating, outlet shopping, mini golf/go carts and the new casino opened August 2007 in New Buffalo. 
Union Pier is the perfect family vacation when you want to drive instead of fly. Newly updated with 
full amenities of home, including washer/dryer and dishwasher. Screened 3-season room. Great Room 
with skylights and a loft that sleeps two. Two reserved parking spaces to alleviate the worries of 
finding beach parking.

Our home is perfect for those with allergies.  All floors are wood laminate.  Two bedrooms both with 
queen size beds and mattress tops for comfort, plus pull out sofa that sleeps two and a loft for 2 
and skylights in the living room.  Separate dining area.  The home also has a oversized screened 
porch with speakers to pipe in your favorite music.  There is a washer/dryer,and two parking spaces. 
The owners made sure the property was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable week 
including beach chairs, cooler ,fully equipped kitchen and cable television with dvd player.

Activities and Attractions

Local activities include the beach, bicycling, wine tours, shopping, and the casino.  The home is 
within walking distance to both cafes, coffee shops, bakery and grocery store.  The beach is 
directly across the street and literally 3 minutes from front door to beach shoreline.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates:  Off Season $900/weekly , In Season (May 24, 2008 - September 1, 2008) $1,250/weekly
Daily Rates: Off Season $140 - $180/nightly (2 night minimum) , In Season $190 - $240 (2 night 
minimum)
Pet's allowed, 25lb limit, additional fee $50.
Security Deposit $200, refundable if no damage.
