This 5 bedroom 5 bath Main House with 2 bedroom 1 bath Guest House is classic in style. From the driveway, a footbridge to the entrance crosses over a beautiful Koi pond. Tropical landscaping surrounds the property, and adds to the eclectic charm.

The private backyard oasis has a swimming pool, with a cascading waterfall. This relaxing environment can be accessed from several living spaces and guest rooms. An especially nice experience is to dine "al fresco" on the upper patio overlooking the pool, the estate, and the majestic Santa Ynez mountains.  Or, there is dining for 14 poolside on the backyard patio!

The living room brings the outside in with high ceilings, tall windows and French doors that open to the backyard. Comfortable couches and fireplace complete the space. An adjacent sitting area with antique desk is a perfect work environment. The tranquil waterfall can heard just outside.

Two downstairs bedrooms with full baths are conveniently located off the living room. One bedroom with twin beds and French doors opens directly to the pool and patio just outside. The other with queen size bed, faces the mountains and offers soothing sounds from the entry pond.

A curved staircase leads upstairs to the spacious Master Suite with a King size bed and a gas-log fireplace. From the suite, a private balcony overlooks the pool area, and offers easy access via the outdoor spiral staircase. The Master Bathroom has a large spa tub and walk-in shower.

The two additional bedrooms upstairs are bright, and offer mountain views. One bedroom has a 4-post king size bed and TV. The other is charming with an antique full size bed and has its own full bath.

The kitchen is well equipped with a 5-burner Thermador stovetop in the center island. Additional amenities include a Thermador wall oven, warming drawer, Bosch dishwasher and a separate ice maker. The kitchen's breakfast bar overlooks the Dining Room which seats up to 14 comfortably. An adjacent full wet bar with refrigerator adds convenience for entertaining.

A 2-level Guest House with private entrance has a sitting area and dining for 4-6. The kitchen is equipped with 2 wall ovens and stove with a 3rd oven, ideal for overflow holiday cooking from the main house! A laundry room has an outside door off the pool and can be accessed by guests in the main house as well.

The Master Bedroom in this guest retreat offers a queen size bed with TV in the armoire and faces the shade trees outside. Take a step up to Bedroom #2 with a queen size bed. Sliding doors open to a small private patio that continues out to the larger poolside patio and backyard. Ascend the spiral staircase to the upstairs loft which has a flat screen TV with dvd in the living room and across the loft is a double futon bed and bistro table and makes for a fun space with added sleeping area. This cozy getaway is perfect for guests seeking added privacy from the main house.

With an ideal Montecito location, this home is just 2 minutes driving time to Butterfly Beach, Coast Village Road and the Upper Village in Montecito. Take a ten minute walk to the beautiful Westmont Christian College campus, and be sure to schedule a visit to the lush grounds of Ganna Walska's Lotusland, located right across the street. You can also walk to Cold Springs Elementary School and Brooks College of Photography.
