The backyard patio is a relaxing environment with wrought iron tables and 11 chairs. An especially nice experience is to dine "al fresco" poolside on this beautiful patio with views of the stairs ascending to the upper part of the back yard oasis!

The kitchen is well equipped with a 5-burner Thermador stove top built into the center island.  Additional amenities include a built in Thermador microwave, oven and warmer drawer.  There is an oversized side by side stainless steel Kitchen Aid refrigerator.

The 2-level Villa has a gorgeous dining room with wood burning fireplace with gorgeous table and chairs for 11.

The laundry room has an outside door that can be accessed by the guest house.

The Master Bedroom in this Villa offers a California King sized bed with flat screen TV and DVD in the armoire and faces the backyard oasis from the sliding French doors that enter onto the balcony!  The other 2 upstairs bedrooms and have a Easter King bed and an extra long full antique bed.  Each bedroom upstairs has it's own bathroom.

The living room is bright and open with a wall of French doors that open onto the patio and pool with incredible waterfalls! 

With an ideal Montecito location, this home is just 2 minutes driving time to Butterfly Beach, Coast Village Road and the Upper Village in Montecito. Take a ten minute walk to the beautiful Westmont Christian College campus, and be sure to schedule a visit to the lush grounds of Ganna Walska's Lotusland, located right across the street! You can also walk to Cold Springs Elementary School and Brooks College of Photography.

Drive 4 minutes to East Beach, State Street and downtown Santa Barbara!

SYCAMORE CANYON ESTATE IS LOCATED IN A FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS OF YOUR NEIGHBORS AND PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM. LOUD MUSIC AND LOUD PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO SCREAMING OR RUNNUNG OUTSIDE AT THE POOL.  ALL ACTIVITIES AND NOISE MUST CEASE BEFORE 9 AM AND AFTER 9 PM.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.

People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Sycamore Canyon Estate is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.

Pets are NOT allowed.

If complaints of noise or smoking are received from neighbors or detected by owner guest may lose deposit.
