This is million dollar executive retreat, built in 2006 and furnished by a renown designer, is a duplex. Unit A is the lower Unit know as the Heavenly Retreat, the upper unit is Unit B known as The Heavenly Vista. The property is known as Life On Top. Either or both units are available.

Heavenly Retreat features include: gourmet kitchen, fireplaces, panoramic lake views from master suite, living room, and deck, flat screen tv;s cable music, complimentary high speed internet, fine bedding and amenities, master suite with panaromic lake views, stone gas fireplace, private bath with jacuzzi, guest room with private bath and soaking tub,onsite parking with permits, Magnificent Level Entry - great for people desiring “no stairs”.

Heavenly Vista features include: Great Room with wood-beamed cathedral ceiling and handsome large  stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen, wet-bar, dining room, panoramic lake views, large deck flat screen tv's king beds, fine bedding and amenities, master suite with private bath with jacuzzi, guest room private bathroom, loft with lake views includes king bed and 4 single bunk beds, flat screen tv's, cable music, complimentary high speed internet. Onsite parking with permits, large deck, pool table and Gourmet kitchen with separate Family dining area.

3.You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
4.Mail your $500 separate Security Deposit to the address below to guarantee your dates.
5.Mail your total rental check amount including tax and cleaning fee, 6 weeks prior to your stay. (include your name, return address, 2 contact phone numbers, dates of stay, # in party, # of children)
* Do NOT deduct the Security Deposit from your rent total.
Tax and Cleaning Fee
Please add $175 Cleaning fee for Retreat; $250 cleaning fee for Vista ; $325 clean fee for both and 10% tax to the total.

CLEANING FEE/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Tenant agrees to leave the Property in a GOOD and CLEAN CONDITION. Upon arrival all beds are made in our home. Bath towels, face cloths (one for each person the home accommodates), kitchen and bath products are included. There is no daily maid service however it is available for an additional
charge. We suggest you bring beach towels, as we do not allow towels to be taken from the home
Any required cleaning above and beyond the non-refundable Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit. The Cleaning Fee covers your basic “hotel-like” cleaning services. This includes laundry of all kitchen towels, bathroom towels and bed linens. Making of all beds, cleaning
of all bathrooms, cleaning kitchen, vacuuming and dusting.

Deposits / Due Dates
Once received, your refundable $500 security deposit will reserve your dates. Your entire rental amount is due 6 weeks prior to your stay. Any damage to the property, other than normal wear and tear, is the responsibility of the tenant. This amount will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any damage.

Weekend Rates
Weekends are considered 3 nights, either; Thurs, Fri and Sat or Fri, Sat and Sun.
Payments may be made by personal check, credit card or in the form of traveler’s checks or bank money orders payable to CHFE Inc. reserves the right to a $50 handling fee for all returned checks.
Personal checks are not accepted within 15 days of arrival.

Refunds
We have a stringent Cancellation Policy because of the type of accommodation you are renting. All rents and deposits are non-refundable once paid.
Any change in the reservation duration or time will be subject to the Cancellation policy.
