Located in the center of beautiful Crystal Beach with award winning
white sandy beaches and clear
emerald water. We call our newly constructed two story beach
house "The Blue Heron". Two large wrap
around porches, each with slight gulf view and plenty of rocking
chairs for some old fashion porch
sitting. The home is beautifully decorated with beach decor with lots
of room and used primarily by
owners. A six foot privacy fence surrounds a large back yard and
pool. The pool area has a nice
deck with umbrella and gas grill for great cookouts and family fun.
Pool can be heated for an
additional fee. Beach is only a 3 min walk and has public access with covered pavilion, picnic tables, restrooms, outside showers and ramp to beach.
Henderson Beach State park is
just a short walk up the beach with five public pavilions and over one
mile of unspoiled beach.
Located three minutes from mid-bay bridge and Destin Commons Shopping
complex with upscale shops, 15
theaters, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop and numerous shops and
restaurants. Silver Sands Factory
Stores, the nations largest designer outlet center with over 100
shops is only a short drive. Publix grocery and Wal-Mart is close by along with several great restaurants. Some within walking distance.                         

House has three bedrooms, separate bunk room and three baths. All
beds are queen size. Master, guest
and bunk room are on second floor. Master bedroom also has a full

futon bed. Lower level has one
bedroom with access to bath, Also living room has a sofa bed. All
bedrooms open to covered porch.
Fully equipped kitchen with many extras; refrigerator, dishwasher,
microwave, ice maker. Separate
laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. Air conditioning,
ceiling fans, cable TV, DVR,
DVD, VCR, telephone, WiFi wireless internet. Linens provided. No pets
allowed and no smoking.

Destin has a world famous charter fishing fleet, a wide variety of
water sports including glass
bottom boats, dolphin cruises, sailing, diving, parasailing, family
amusement parks. Big Kuhuna
water park, miniture golf, several championship golf courses. Plenty
night life and fun for the
entire family.

Spring........ Feb 23---May 18 ,2013....$1600/week. 

Summer......May 18 - Aug 10.....$2400/week.
Fall.............Aug 10 - Oct 26. ....$1150/week.
Winter.........Oct 26 - Feb 22, 2014 ...$975/week.

Add $160.00 cleaning fee plus 11% state & county taxes to rental rate.  Heated pool extra.  Family rental only, no students and must be 25.  A $300.00 security deposit is required. Sleeps 10.        NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED .
