garage, 4 car parking in driveway. 50ft to lake access. 100ft to Long 
Pond. 
 
THE FIRST FLOOR offers: Kitchen with all new appliances (pots, pans, 
cooking utensils, table for 4, dishes, silverware), Laundry Room, 1/2 
Bath, Living Room with vented gas fireplace, chair, desk, Central Air 
Conditioning and Heat. 
 
THE SECOND FLOOR offers: 3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths total. Master 
bedroom has a Queen Sleigh Bed, huge triple jet shower with seats and 
walk in closet and out door deck on Long Pond channel at Lake Ontario
